Bank applied

I love to apply for a loan but never seem to get an offer at all. I make about 50K a year and have been working on and off for 3 years. I love my work being a painter but somehow I do not get to maintain that work for long. I have savings about 300K mainly from my parents and they are happy for me to put this on a deposit. So I am doing this in the hope of getting some bank to come back to me.
